As a Business Growth Manager based in the Midlands, you will play a vital role in driving our sales growth and fostering strategic relationships with key customers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success within the fresh food sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Midlands region
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted strategies to drive growth
  • Ensuring allocated accounts meet expected margin levels
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

You will be working closely with our Head of Sales and other team members to achieve your targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000 per annum, a company car, and enhanced company benefits.

  • A proven sales background within a similar industry, preferably in the fresh food sector
