About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK and European markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK and European markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead volume, pipeline generation, closed won revenue, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.
  • Travel within the UK and Europe for client meetings and industry events as required.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, marketing, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
