Job Title: Regional Business Leader
Cryer Baker Recruitment Ltd.We are seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Insurance Manager to join our client's team as the new Branch Managing Director. As a key member of their senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business.
Your primary duties will include managing the day-to-day operations, developing business growth plans, and leading by example. You will also be responsible for budgeting, recruitment, and involvement in potential acquisitions. Additionally, you may take on a lead role in handling larger accounts and important third-party relationships.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a similar position and be looking for a fresh challenge. Alternatively, candidates with experience as account executives or directors looking to step up to the top job are also welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of commercial insurance (ACII preferred but not required). This role comes with an estimated salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
