HRLife Ltd is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join their busy team. As the company continues to grow, this role will play a crucial part in providing efficient and effective support across all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers, answering queries and finding solutions.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including writing job adverts and managing responses.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and a seamless onboarding process.
  • Prepare and update HR files and reports, using HRIS, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Update company policies in line with current legislation.
  • Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support the 1st day induction process.
  • Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary, and benefits.
  • Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters.
  • Prepare pay increase letters and record and monitor absence.
  • Support with various acquisition projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for HR and people. Salary will be 25-30k depending on experience. Previous experience in a busy HR department or a HR graduate with a desire to learn and do a great job is essential.

Parking is available onsite.
