We currently have a great opportunity for an HR Assistant within our offices in Dudley.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a first-class administrative service to key stakeholders within the relevant business areas.

**Key responsibilities of this HR Assistant role**:

- Ensuring all pre employment checks are completed including security and right to work checks
- Providing support and cover to HR Advisors as and when required
- Responding to reference requests when required
- Monitor the shared inbox, escalating queries where necessary and responding within the agreed SLA’s
- Assist with producing reports on a monthly basis
- Liaise with payroll as and when needed
- Dealing with ad hoc reports as and when requested
- Ensure the new starter process is followed and completed accurately
- Ensure payroll data on our system (Workday) is accurate and meet payroll deadlines
- Complete E-filing as and when required ensuring files are maintained and up to date
- Checking both the trial payroll and final payroll reports on a monthly basis for your business areas as and when required
- Follow overpayment process as per overpayment procedure from finance
- Produce all relevant letters as per contractual amendment forms

(Promotions/Transfers etc.)
- Action all leavers and ensure they are removed from company systems
- Supporting HR Managers and Team Leaders with the pay review and bonus process
- Ad hoc project work

**Requirements**:
**To be eligible for this HR Assistant role, you must**:

- Have strong experience in Administration - HR environment preferred
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- IT literate and good administrative/reporting experience
- Clear communication skills
- Positive attitude and self motivated
- Ability to work with confidential or sensitive issues
