Office Angels are currently recruiting for a **HR Administrator** for our client based in Camberley.
**Role**:HR Administrator
**Location**:Camberley
**Salary**: £10,000 (£20,000 full time equivalent)
- **Please note that this is a part time role, 20 hours a week (Monday to Friday). **_
**The Role**:
- Assist the HR Director in providing a comprehensive HR administration service
- Act as a first point of contact for all customers to the Human Resources department
- Provide an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle
- Ensure accurate HR records on all employees
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e employment contracts and other HR materials
- Communicating with external partners
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from company events to training sessions
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for people, with excellent customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Approachable and helpful
- Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
