**About Our Client**:
This business is a large organisation who are a market leader within their specialist service. They offer a range of services to their customers and cater to a variety of demands. They operate a busy and productive working environment, and would like someone to join who can share in their brand values and their future vision for the company.

As a HR Administrator you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to. These include but aren't limited to:

- Processing offers and contracts of employment for all new employees
- Manage pending files on an ongoing basis
- Update the new starter link with the most recent paperwork as required
- Allocate points for long service awards, and send out certificates and cards as necessary
- Assist the Payroll Assistant with transfer and promotion contracts when required
- Complete all references in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete any adhoc work as and when required by the team

**The Successful Applicant**:

- You must have excellent attention to detail and a good level of organisation
- You must be driven to achieve deadlines and results
- Have a background within administration or HR administration
- A good level of Excel knowledge would be advantageous
