Customer Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Disclaimer: ANY-Web Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
  • Develop and coach the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the store remains safe, secure, and fully operational.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct diligence checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the Store Manager in HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services, and build relationships with the local community.

Requirements:

  • A genuine care for customer needs and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
