About the Role- Lead from the Front: You will be expected to set the tone for your team and demonstrate the behaviours and values that we expect from all our employees.
- Drive Sales Growth: You will develop and implement local sales promotions and ensure the effective delivery of centrally developed products and promotions.
- Manage and Develop Your Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that can deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain High Standards of Customer Service: You will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service at all times and that our centre is always clean, safe, and secure.
- Operate Within Budget: You will manage your centre's budget and ensure that we achieve our financial targets.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Manager in a similar industry.
- You will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
