As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our centre, including managing a team of staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

About the Role
  1. Lead from the Front: You will be expected to set the tone for your team and demonstrate the behaviours and values that we expect from all our employees.
  2. Drive Sales Growth: You will develop and implement local sales promotions and ensure the effective delivery of centrally developed products and promotions.
  3. Manage and Develop Your Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that can deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Maintain High Standards of Customer Service: You will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service at all times and that our centre is always clean, safe, and secure.
  5. Operate Within Budget: You will manage your centre's budget and ensure that we achieve our financial targets.
About You
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Manager in a similar industry.
  • You will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
