Business Development Leader

As a Brand Management Manager at Outdoor Industry Compass, you will be responsible for promoting our brand in the UK and Ireland through the creation of local content and the activation of the whole national digital ecosystem.
Main ResponsibilitiesThis role includes:
- Promoting the brand online in the UK and Ireland through creation of local content and activation of the whole national digital ecosystem.
- Developing business through promotion of Babolat in places of practice and ensuring visibility of the brand and productions on the field.
- Management of several promoters to drive relationships and activations with the field network (players, coaches, clubs, tournaments).
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
- At least 3 years' experience in marketing or sales department with management experience.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
- Relationship marketing skills.
- Languages: operational English, French is a plus.
