Award-winning recruitment agency Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Manager to lead our business support and administration sector in Camberley and Guildford. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee your own division with full P&L control, manage clients, and drive income growth.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting consultants in winning business and filling jobs
- Leading the business support and administration sector with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintaining existing relationships and expanding our client base
- Enhancing day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus schemes paid every 4 weeks. Our company culture values diversity, equality, and employee well-being, providing a supportive environment for career growth.
