We are seeking assistance to complete an after market client feedback project and require a Marketing and Customer Service Assistant to start asap on a temporary basis over the Summer. The role would suit a University student seeking Summer work or someone with office based customer service skills who is available asap and seeking temporary work. Working as part of the Sales and Marketing department, we are an international engineering company who can offer the chance to join our professional team to assist with an after sales customer feedback project. Working Mon to Fri with free parking, weekly pay and paid holiday accrual based at our moder offices in Camberley. We can offer full or part time hours and an hourly pay rate of up to £12 per hr plus holiday pay.

Customer Service is an essential part of our business and this project is the result of the desire for feedback to understand our strengths and work on areas that can be improved upon within the business.
You will be calling our existing business customers in order to establish their thoughts on our service. The information gained will then be recorded in a systematic, clear and precise way onto our CRM system.

Key responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone and document responses to our customer feedback survey
- Schedule follow up calls
- Refer customers to the correct person should they have further queries
- Work to daily KPI’s
- Collate and log daily statistics onto the CRM system

Ideally you have experience working within a customer service role and possess an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. You are enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You are professional, friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude. You work well independently and have the drive to keep motivated. Ideally with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
