Job Title: Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management

Altus Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions efforts. As Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving our company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy to support revenue and EBITDA growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets, evaluating their strategic fit and actionability.
  • Establish and leverage a network of industry contacts and advisors to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Drive strategic projects that support our company's growth ambitions, coordinating project execution and monitoring progress.
  • Present recommendations to senior management, the board, and investors, based on target prioritization and strategic rationale.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience, including at least 3 in Business Development, preferably from an IB/PE background.
  • Experience working in a Private Equity-backed corporate environment.
  • Ability to work in the office at least 2-3 days per week and travel internationally when needed.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful M&A transactions.
