Job Title: Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management

Altus Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our Mergers and Acquisitions strategy, identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, and executing transactions to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Mergers and Acquisitions strategy to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets, screening and prioritizing them based on strategic fit and actionability.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of advisors and industry contacts to source potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Drive and coordinate strategic projects to support our growth ambitions.
  • Coordinate project execution, monitor progress, and address any issues or obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
  • Present final recommendations to senior management, the board, and investors based on target prioritization and strategic rationale.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 years of prior experience, including at least 3 in a Business Development role.
  • Experience in Information Services or adjacent Services/Software business model.
  • Experience working in a Private Equity backed corporate or environment.
  • Willingness to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week and to travel internationally when needed.
