About the Role:

Altus Partners is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Asset Management and Mergers and Acquisitions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and leading the development of our asset management and mergers and acquisitions capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive asset management and mergers and acquisitions strategy to drive revenue and EBITDA growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets to support business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and advisors to source potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Coordinate strategic projects to support business growth ambitions.
  • Project manage advisors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Present final recommendations to senior management, the board, and investors based on target prioritization and strategic rationale.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 13 years of prior experience in a business development or mergers and acquisitions role, preferably from an investment banking or private equity background.
  • Experience in the information services or adjacent services/software business model.
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed corporate environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed.
