Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy to drive revenue and EBITDA growth
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough due diligence and negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and advisors to source potential acquisition opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including integration planning and project management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Business Development, M&A, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with ability to build relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a Private Equity-backed corporate environment
  • Exceptional detail-orientation and ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Confident and credible presence, with ability to establish initial relationships with vendors
