An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our M&A practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on their most strategic and complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.

About the Role

As an M&A consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the market, with a main focus on Private Equity and Financial Services clients. You will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end deal processes, from initial strategy development and target identification, to due diligence and negotiation, and through to closing and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on strategic and complex mergers and acquisitions transactions
  • Leading and executing end-to-end deal processes
  • Developing and presenting proposals to prospective clients
  • Leading business development efforts to grow our M&A practice
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced M&A professional with a strong background in technology due diligence, programme management, and team leadership. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and presentations, and be comfortable with ambiguity and a highly pressured environment.

Strong experience with technology due diligence, programme management, and team leadership is essential. You will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to lead and develop junior team members.
