As a Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Vertiv, you will be responsible for ensuring regional service delivery targets are met.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with regional office personnel to ensure standards of service delivery to customers, and liaising with regional technical management to highlight performance issues concerning the regions' engineers.

You will work closely with planning software to arrange service engineers' calls with customers via telephone or email, and prepare service engineer job packages, checking engineers' service reports and logging into the company planning system.

Ongoing tasks include compiling weekly/monthly service reports, and performing general office duties such as answering telephone enquiries and re-directing calls.

The ideal candidate will have previous planning experience, preferably with field engineers, and be skilled in working with bespoke planning software, arranging service engineers' calls.

Additional requirements include telephone skills, computer literacy, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
