**Service Coordinator**

**Location: Bradbury House, Brunswick Business Park, Tower Street, Liverpool L3 4BJ**

**Hours: 21 per week**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Salary: £26,488 per annum based on 35 hours per week**

**Full UK driving licence would be preferable but is not essential although travel may be required throughout North West area.**

Our Restoring Family Links service helps to reunite separated families and you could play a key role in this invaluable service around the North West and North Wales areas. You could be an integral part of our mission to support people in crisis, restoring hope and rebuilding shattered lives.

**What does a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?**
- Overseeing the delivery of the International Family Tracing service, ensuring the people who need us remain the main focus.
- Being responsible for coordinating and delivering quality casework services.
- Training, overseeing and coordinating the work of volunteers.
- Analysing and reporting on service user's feedback for improving service delivery.
- Maintaining effective administration of day-to-day workload.

**What will you need to be a successful Service Coordinator?**
- You'll have experience of delivering casework with vulnerable people.
- You'll have knowledge of trauma informed practices to ensure our service user's situations are approached accordingly.
- You'll know how to provide delicate, safe and empowering assistance to distressed people in vulnerable situations.
- You'll have great organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- You'll have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and databases.
