Community Outreach Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to join Service Care Solutions Ltd in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality community-based support to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide targeted support to children, young people, and their families in their home environment.
- Collaborate with professionals from Health, Education, Children's Centres, and other services to develop and implement plans to address identified needs.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, NND, or Health and Social Care qualification.
- Proven experience in direct work with children, young people, and their families.
- Experience in multi-agency working to support families and children's development.
We offer a competitive salary of £35 per hour inclusive of holiday pay and a range of benefits.
