Job Purpose

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online success by managing our app and B2B website. Your responsibilities will include managing the databridge, distributing update packages, generating reports, and collaborating with development partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Databridge

Build and manage collections, templates, related product lists, and product recommendations for both the app and the B2B website.

Update Packages and Troubleshooting

Distribute update packages for the Pixsell app and troubleshoot issues reported by reps through proxy management.

Generate Reports

Generate databridge reports to analyze sales trends, user behavior, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with Aspin

Collaborate with Aspin support to raise and follow up on service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Identify System Improvements

Gather feedback from internal teams and users to identify potential system improvements and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Communicate with the Sales Team

Keep the sales team informed of app updates and changes, facilitating training sessions as needed.

Maintain Important Documents

Maintain important documents such as customer forms and returns forms.

Conduct Daily Testing

Conduct daily testing of both the app and B2B platforms to identify and address any errors or issues.

Support Website Refresh and Google Analytics

Support with website refresh and Google Analytics (Inspecs eyewear/group - Botaniq – SRT).

Ad Hoc Marketing Support

Provide ad hoc marketing support for other projects.

Shopify Site Updates and Maintenance

Perform Shopify site updates and maintenance, including 3rd party app providers.

Manage Relationships with Development Partners

Manage relationships with site development partners to coordinate efforts efficiently.

Analyze Reports

Analyze reports from Google Analytics, Shopify, Yotpo, and other dashboards to suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize sales efforts.

Requirements

  1. Experience

2+ years of experience in website/E-commerce operations or a similar role.

Desirable Skills

Experience with SaaS would be desirable.

Key Skills

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing technology platforms.

Personal Qualities

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Working Location

Based in the Bath office, will need to be in the office 4 days a week.
