About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Inspecs Limited. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving our online success by managing our app and B2B website, handling updates, troubleshooting, and analyzing sales data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. App and B2B Website Management

Manage the databridge for both the app and the B2B website, including building and managing collections, templates, related product lists, and product recommendations.

Update Distribution and Troubleshooting

Distribute update packages for the Pixsell app and troubleshoot issues reported by reps through proxy management.

Analytics and Reporting

Generate databridge reports to analyze sales trends, user behavior, and performance metrics.

Communication and Collaboration

Provide regular sales performance updates to the business and serve as the main point of contact for Aspin-related inquiries.

System Improvement and Training

Collaborate with Aspin support to raise and follow up on service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Feedback and Documentation

Gather feedback from internal teams and users to identify potential system improvements and present these findings to relevant stakeholders.

App Updates and Training

Keep the sales team informed of app updates and changes, facilitating training sessions as needed.

Document Management

Maintain important documents such as customer forms and returns forms.

Platform Testing and Maintenance

Conduct daily testing of both the app and B2B platforms to identify and address any errors or issues.

Website Refresh and Analytics

Support with website refresh and Google Analytics (Inspecs eyewear/group - Botaniq – SRT).

Ad Hoc Marketing Support

Provide ad hoc marketing support for other projects.

Shopify Site Updates and Maintenance

Manage Shopify site updates and maintenance, including 3rd party app providers.

Relationship Management

Manage relationships with site development partners to coordinate efforts efficiently.

Analytics and Recommendations

Analyze reports from Google Analytics, Shopify, Yotpo, and other dashboards to suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize sales efforts.

Requirements
  1. Experience

2+ years of experience in website/E-commerce operations or a similar role.

Desirable Skills

Experience with SaaS would be desirable.

Key Skills

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing technology platforms.

Personal Qualities

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Working Arrangements

This role is based in our Bath office and requires attendance for 4 days per week.
