E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Inspecs Limited. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving our online success by managing our app and B2B website, handling updates, troubleshooting, and analyzing sales data.
Key Responsibilities- App and B2B Website Management: Manage the databridge for both the app and the B2B website, including building and managing collections, templates, related product lists, and product recommendations.
- Update Distribution and Troubleshooting: Distribute update packages for the Pixsell app and troubleshoot issues reported by reps through proxy management.
- Data Analysis: Generate databridge reports to analyze sales trends, user behavior, and performance metrics.
- Communication and Collaboration: Provide regular sales performance updates to the business and serve as the main point of contact for Aspin-related inquiries. Collaborate with Aspin support to raise and follow up on service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- System Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and users to identify potential system improvements and present these findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Keep the sales team informed of app updates and changes, facilitating training sessions as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain important documents such as customer forms and returns forms.
- Platform Testing: Conduct daily testing of both the app and B2B platforms to identify and address any errors or issues.
- Website Refresh and Analytics: Support with website refresh and Google Analytics (Inspecs eyewear/group - Botaniq – SRT).
- Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Provide ad hoc marketing support for other projects.
- Shopify Site Updates: Perform Shopify site updates and maintenance, including 3rd party app providers.
- Development Partner Management: Manage relationships with site development partners to coordinate efforts efficiently.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze reports from Google Analytics, Shopify, Yotpo, and other dashboards to suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize sales efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in website/E-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Experience with SaaS would be desirable.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Based in the Bath office, will need to be in the office 4 days a week.
