The Role: Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our fast-growing road freight export department. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road exports.

This includes:

  • Issuing quotes and arranging shipments
  • Managing the customs clearance process
  • Ensuring timely delivery of shipments

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of road freight and exports
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Interest in the movement of goods and freight
