Logistics Coordinator

Rotork is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods and materials across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and agencies to coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound goods.
- Oversee the administration of shipments, including incoterms and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes, including stocktaking and inventory control.
- Manage daily manifests and schedules to optimize warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement supply chain metrics to improve inventory accuracy and control.
- Lead problem resolution and root cause analysis to minimize disruption to customers and operations.
- Proven experience in a shipping department within a manufacturing, export, import, or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
