National Sales Manager

About the Role

NSS Group is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering new business revenue and profit within a specified geographical territory and/or target sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and grow business revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales activities
  • Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • A Level calibre with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales and account development experience, preferably in the facility services industry
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to engineer solutions to complex problems
  • Resilient and persistent with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to develop solid relationships with customers and colleagues
