We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at NSS Group. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new business revenue and profit from within a specified geographical territory and/or target sector in line with our Group Sales & Marketing Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve agreed targets and budgets
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across the designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell services
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure effective delivery of services to customers
- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals accurately and on time
- Utilize CRM system to report on sales and account development activity
- Promote best practice in sales delivery and continuous improvement
- A Level calibre with excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Proven sales and/or account development experience, with a strong understanding of large, complex FM or Property Management companies
- Experience in the Facility Services industry or other service sectors
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office packages)
- Commercial awareness, profit focus, and ability to engineer solutions to complex problems
- Resilient and persistent, with the ability to establish a credible profile with customers and within NSS
- Profit and results-driven, with a strong work ethic
