About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer bases in the EMEA region.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch new products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

About You

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Mobility, Location Intelligence, and/or Transportation & Logistics.
  • Experience selling DaaS/SaaS offerings to public sector and enterprise sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
