About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our EMEA market expansion efforts. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive significant growth across Europe, UK, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategy across EMEA, driving overall revenue growth and expanding our customer base
  • Directly lead overall sales in the region, including current accounts and sales pipeline development for new global, national, and regional agencies and enterprises
  • Plan and manage sales forecasts and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership and sales team
  • Collaborate extensively with the marketing team to develop and execute Go-to-Market plans, driving customer acquisition and retention
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 15+ years sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Mobility, Location Intelligence, and/or Transportation & Logistics required
  • Experience selling DaaS/SaaS offerings to public sector and enterprise sectors
  • Significant experience managing relationships with customers and navigating large organizations to reach and influence key decision-makers
