National Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our national sales efforts and drive business growth across the UK. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and bids
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages
