We are seeking a seasoned Regional DEI Lead to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our DEI strategy and implementing effective programs to drive business outcomes.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with regional teams to develop and execute tailored DEI initiatives, leveraging your expertise in facilitation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with Enterprise teams to deliver high-quality content solutions, adapt to local needs, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective DEI strategies and initiatives
  • Facilitate offsites and training sessions to promote cultural awareness and understanding
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and communicate insights effectively

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in DEI initiatives, ideally within Asset Management or Financial Services
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong data analysis and communication abilities
