**Salary:** £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced DEI and CSR Manager to join our Group Human Resources Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our DEI and CSR strategy and policies. You will also provide up-to-date market information to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the different jurisdictions we operate in.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement our DEI and CSR strategy and policies, ensuring they are aligned with our company values and goals.
* Provide up-to-date market information to help ensure that our DEI and CSR approach is competitive with industry standards across various geographies and cultures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
* Work closely with our Benefits team to develop and improve the DEI aspects of our current wellbeing strategy and programme, using information received from wellbeing and engagement surveys and aligning to our company values and goals.
* Create, implement, and oversee communications programs that effectively articulate our CSR policies, such as donating time and resources to charitable causes.
* Oversee the annual employee wellbeing and employee engagement survey, working closely with Marketing on the communications plan.
* Prepare statutory DEI and CSR return data for review and approval, prior to submission before the relevant deadlines across each jurisdiction.
* Production of data and analysis for monthly board reporting.
* Assist other JTC functions with queries in relation to DEI, CSR, compensation and reward enquiries.
* Provide support in relation to compensation activities, such as benchmarking (internal and external), data collation and analysis, preparation for annual compensation review cycle.
* Assist with the administration of the HR processes in relation to "Ownership for All", to include providing administration support relating to share awards/share schemes, in line with agreed workflows and processes, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation to enable the provision of reports regarding eligibility/membership to any schemes.

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI and CSR strategies and policies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, interpret, and apply data.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all business areas and present to senior management with credibility and confidence.
* Strong ethics and discretion in the management of sensitive confidential information.
