We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at CSR Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our business.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business leads, managing client relationships, conducting site surveys, and developing marketing materials. A proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the construction sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking events
- Manage client relationships and arrange meetings with clients on an ongoing basis
- Conduct site surveys and report back to the bid team with findings
- Develop marketing materials, including company newsletters and social media content
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. A strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics is also essential.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum-
