Job Title
DEI Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced DEI Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs in DE&I, HR or Learning and Development. They will work closely with senior members of the team to deliver and execute client projects.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality programs in DE&I, HR or Learning and Development* Facilitate workshops to a range of audiences from senior leaders to middle managers* Conduct qualitative research – focus groups, interviews etc* Develop business strategies and contribute to the commercial success of the business* Help build the Fairer consultancy brand and ensure it is the consultancy of choice for organizations looking to invest in DE&I* Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in delivering high-quality programs in DE&I, HR or Learning and Development* Commercial mindset* Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships and develop them* Attention to detail and project management skills
