    As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders to influence their actions and mindset as it relates to DEI, leveraging data-based insights to determine opportunities and interventions that drive progress. You will also partner with other departments to ensure that DEI is embedded in all aspects of the business, across the colleague, customer & client, and community lifecycles.

    Your estimated annual salary will be around £80,000 - £120,000 depending on your location and experience.

Job Description
    As an DEI Strategist, you will be responsible for advising and influencing decision-making, contributing to policy development, and taking ownership for operational effectiveness. You will also set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraise performance relative to objectives, and determine reward outcomes.

    You will lead collaborative assignments, guide team members through structured assignments, and identify new directions for assignments and/or projects. You will also engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practices (in other areas, teams, companies, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, leverage insightful data to solve problems, and influence decisions. You should also have strong partnership skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship – our moral compass, helping us do what we believe is right. You will also be expected to demonstrate the Barclays Mindset – to Empower, Challenge, and Drive – the operating manual for how we behave.
