Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Talent Development Manager to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving forward DEI initiatives and have previous experience working in the Asset Management or Financial Services sector.

As a Regional Talent Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to drive forward our business's DEI agenda. This includes partnering with stakeholders to deliver regulatory and legislative activities, such as pay gap reporting and FCA reporting. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback on events, policies, programs, and procedures.

Your other key responsibilities will include providing perspective and solutions on all talent initiatives to enable efficiency in DEI integration and deployment, as well as partnering with Enterprise on offers and content solutions for local delivery and adapting as necessary for local deployment.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Previous experience in facilitation of offsites and training would be advantageous, as well as data analysis skills to tell stories with data.
