About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our EMEA team as a part-time Employee Success Business Partner.

This role will focus on building talent density and supporting organizational success across the region, working closely with the Revenue team and regional senior leadership, managers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice President, EMEA, and regional leadership to provide data-driven guidance on people-related policies and practices.
  • Build trust and credibility throughout the organization by connecting teams to resources that drive business forward.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare for potential problems and know when to escalate.

Supporting Organizational Transformation

  • Coach and guide managers on performance management, team changes, and restructuring to increase talent density and productivity while achieving business objectives.
  • Consult with and support managers on implementing changes, such as role changes, merit planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Effectively engage the Employee Success CoEs to manage and provide guidance to leaders on people and culture initiatives.

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with knowledge and expertise across performance management, strategic business partnership, and employee engagement.
  • Expertise across all areas of local regulations, practices, and laws, especially employee relations, compliance, and required policies.
  • Ability to work in a regional and global fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment with high volume workload and strong deliverables.
