**Talent Development Programme Manager**

The role of the Talent Development Programme Manager is to lead the PPHE Hotel Group talent development programmes, building the internal talent pipeline for critical positions across all different levels.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Manages the talent development programmes at PPHE Hotel Group building our internal talent pipeline to support the future talent acquisition needs across all different levels of the business.
- Allocating the UK apprenticeship levy, ensuring effective spend is allocated to Professional Qualification and technical skills training programmes (Chefs, Engineering etc.)
- Works closely with the relevant training providers to ensure apprentices are nominated and supported.
- Oversees the graduate and student placement programmes, working closely with the regional People and Culture functions to attract, onboard, develop and retain talent.
- Responsible for relaunching and managing cross-regional leadership and management programmes, including FiM. Where relevant, workshop facilitation and one-to-one coaching in line with development needs.
- Develops and delivers the quarterly Hotel and Operations Managers development days, in close collaboration with the Regional Directors of People and Culture.
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain relationships with local colleges, schools, apprenticeship providers and training providers.
- Provides effective support to the Regional Director of People and Culture, in line with the talent management framework and to ensure effective succession planning.
- Embrace blended learning delivery methods, including face-to-face facilitation, virtual classrooms and digital content, utilising technology where appropriate to support the delivery of L&D interventions across regions.
