About the Role

Oakleaf Partnership is an international Asset Manager that prioritizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We are seeking a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director to join our team and drive regional DEI initiatives forward.

The successful candidate will have previous DE&I experience, ideally in Asset Management or Financial Services, and can demonstrate expertise in facilitating offsites and training sessions. They will also be able to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.

As a key member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and driving DEI initiatives forward. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.
