Job Title: Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist
Location: Remote or Office based in the UK

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Oakleaf Partnership as a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist.

We are seeking a talented professional with previous experience in DEI initiatives, ideally from within the Asset Management or Financial Services sector. Your expertise will be essential in driving forward our business's agenda on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing perspective and solutions on all talent initiatives to enable efficiency in DEI integration and deployment.
  • Partnering with Enterprise on offers and content solutions for local delivery and adapting as necessary for local deployment.
  • Gathering feedback on events, policies, programs, and procedures.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires a strong networker who can represent our programs and initiatives externally and internally. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive forward our business's DEI agenda. This includes overseeing the effectiveness of the regional DEI Council and partnering with stakeholders for the effective delivery of regulatory and legislative activities such as pay gap reporting and FCA reporting.

Previous experience in facilitation of offsites and training would be advantageous, as well as data analysis skills to tell stories with data. If you are passionate about creating a more inclusive work environment, we encourage you to apply.
