Job Description

A leading Financial Services business is seeking a skilled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director to drive regional DEI initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the effectiveness of the regional DEI Council and partner with stakeholders for regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has previous DE&I experience, preferably in Asset Management or Financial Services, and can facilitate offsites and training sessions. Data analysis skills are also essential for this role, as the candidate will need to tell stories with data to inform decision-making.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards and location.
