We are extremely excited to have partnered with a leading global financial services organisation, to hire a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their innovative, impactful and driven team. This role will form part of their global DEI team and have a direct contribution to building, supporting and enabling a diverse population with true inclusion and equality.


In this role as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for driving the businesses dedication to DEI, working across the globe to foster an inclusive and empowering culture.


More specifically, you will be responsible for;

  • Promoting an inclusive culture where differences are valued
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to define and deliver the DEI strategy, analysing and sharing data consistently
  • Designing and developing global frameworks and solutions to enable diversity themes
  • Leading on key goals of the DEI strategy and embedding inclusion in policies, processes and practices
  • Working closely with HR partners (recruitment, talent, learning and reward) to align on goals and embed an inclusive line of thinking
  • Championing DEI across the business, improving visibility and communication
  • Maintaining abreast of trends and legislation, understanding regulatory changes and maintaining DEI integrity


This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone with a proven track record in delivering Diversity, Inclusion and Equity initiatives, a solid understanding of the diversity landscape and the challenge it brings, and an understanding of inclusion and belonging and how to deliver on this.

You must be commercially minded and have a business focused attitude, combined with the ability to transition consistently between being strategic and tactical. You will be able to demonstrate a solid ability to create and implement projects with autonomy and drive progress with minimal supervision.


Financial services experience is preferred.
