We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Residential Childcare Support Professional to join our dedicated ARC (Activity Residential Care) service. The successful candidate will provide excellent unconditional care for our children, supporting their physical, emotional, and everyday needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
  • Support children in developing self-esteem, confidence, and personal strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, tidy, and healthy environment, ensuring children access a balanced diet and routine.
  • Contribute to daily records, reports, and assessments, advocating for the well-being of residents.
  • Engage in activities that promote creativity, openness, and teamwork, supporting a positive safeguarding culture.
Requirements
  • Compassionate, resilient, and committed to being a positive role model.
  • Able to manage challenging behaviors and provide overnight sleep-ins.
  • Flexible, working a residential care rota, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable).
