About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at New Forest Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children who display challenging behaviour and require emotional and behavioural support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a positive adult role model, providing guidance and support to our young people to develop social, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the residential home, including cooking, cleaning, and finances.
  • Engage with our children, helping to develop their interests and organising relevant activities to support their development.
  • Ensure the needs of the children are being met and review and record changes to those needs.
