Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team at Lotus Bakeries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the convenience sector, including Booker, Costco & SPAR, as well as direct customers such as BP and WH Smith Travel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account management responsibility for route to market customers within the convenience sector.
- Account management responsibility of key direct customers.
- Growing our share within managed convenience and symbols.
- Identifying and opening new outlets and distribution points.
- Increasing our visibility and driving trial and penetration within petrol forecourts.
- Supporting key end users with merchandising and planogram recommendations.
- Providing analysis and support to the grocery convenience channel.
- Working alongside the wider Impulse team to develop and execute a cash & carry plan.
- Landing NPD and delivering against agreed distribution and sales targets.
- Full ownership of relevant events and/or trade shows.
- Full P&L ownership, including forecasting, budgeting, managing spend, agreeing a promotional plan, managing JBP's and trade agreements.

- Ability to build and develop great relationships.
- Able to prioritise quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience working within convenience and forecourts, particularly with Booker.
- Strong understanding of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and delivering a compelling sales proposition.
- Competent in Powerpoint/Excel/Word.
- Hands-on approach and real go-getter.
- Ideally educated to Degree level.
