Job DetailsJob Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEMH)
Location: Wem, Shropshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, term time
Salary: £21,550.72 per annum
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and supporting students with behavioural problems and traumatic experiences.
You will be responsible for creating an inspiring and organised classroom environment, ensuring every student feels included and has the opportunity to excel.
You will work closely with our dedicated teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to our students.
Requirements- Prior experience working with young people with SEND or SEMH needs
