Aspire People: SEN Teaching Support Role
We are seeking an exceptional SEN teaching support professional to join our team in Wem. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils who have moderate learning difficulties and be passionate about making a positive impact on their educational journey.
This role is based in a small specialist provision for students aged 9-16 with special needs, offering a supportive and respectful environment that fosters growth and development.
The successful candidate will possess a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification, with at least 6 months of experience in a SEN school setting. They will also have the ability to inspire children, strong team working skills, and an updated DBS on the update service.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This figure takes into account the local market rate and the importance of attracting top talent in this field.
The role requires the successful candidate to be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils, with placements subject to Child Protection screening.
