We are looking for an experienced Special Education and Sports Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sports programs that cater to the unique needs of students with SEND and SEMH requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with students with SEND and/or SEMH needs and will be able to adapt coaching techniques to meet their diverse needs.

  • Plan and deliver sports sessions that promote social inclusion, emotional regulation, and physical activity.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other support teams to ensure seamless integration of sports activities into students' Individual Education Plans.
  • Use sport and physical activity as a tool for promoting social skills, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with students, providing emotional support and guidance through sport.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
