We are seeking a compassionate PE and Sports Coach to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sports sessions for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will have relevant sports coaching qualifications or a degree in Physical Education or Sports Science. Prior experience of coaching or teaching children with SEND and/or SEMH needs is preferred.

• Deliver inclusive sports sessions tailored to the needs of students with SEND and SEMH requirements.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other support teams to align sports activities with students' Individual Education Plans.
• Use sport and physical activity to help students regulate emotions, develop social skills, and build self-esteem.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with students, understanding their individual needs and providing emotional support through sport.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
