About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Set stretching objectives, provide regular feedback, and coach the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that the sales team provides an incredible customer experience for every customer interaction.
  • Process Improvement: Encourage the sales team to review and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to all manufacturer standards and customer experience obligations.
  • Results-Oriented: Manage the day-to-day sales activities to maximize sales revenue and achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Team Management: Experience in supervising a team and managing day-to-day activities.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and ability to use sales software.
Working Pattern

The working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.

Pay and Benefits

As a Sales Controller, you will receive a base salary of £42,000-£49,000 dependent on experience, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k, plus other company incentives and competitions.
